Geena Kam is a classical pianist, pedagogue, and art administrator. Born in Korea, Geena decided to pursue a life in music when she moved to the States as an exchange student. Since then, she has devoted herself in learning, practicing, performing, and teaching music.

Geena holds degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (B.A), Eastern Michigan University (M.A), and University of Iowa (D.M.A). She also attended the Institute of Institute for European Studies in Vienna, Heifetz International Music Institute, Chautauqua Institution, and Adamant Music School.

As a soloist and chamber musician Geena has concertized throughout the Midwest, Asia, and Europe. She is currently a piano faculty member at Saint Mary’s College and the Chamber Music Academy Director at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Association

In her spare time, Geena loves to read pastry cookbooks and try new recipes, as one of her childhood dreams was to become a pastry chef (and she still secretly hopes to become one someday). Geena lives in Granger, Indiana with her husband, two children, and a mischievous golden doodle dog.
